RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. You can return/exchange the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The return/exchange of goods is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
3. All costs associated with the return/exchange of goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer (in particular, costs associated with delivery), including orders placed on cash on delivery with inspection upon receipt.

Requirements for returned items:
1. The item has not been used (including for photo/video shooting) and has retained its retail condition.
2. The clothes are not mended.
3. There are no stains/foundation cream, etc. on the clothes.
4. The product has a label, sticker, tag, etc. All labels, stickers, tags must not be torn or cut off from the product.
5. If the above points are not met, the item cannot be returned/exchanged.
Refund:
1. After receiving the goods and confirming that the requirements for the returned goods have been met, we will issue a refund.
2. The refund is made by transfer to the buyer's card account, no later than 3-4 business days from the moment the seller receives the returned goods and confirms that the buyer has complied with the terms of returning the goods.
